A beat tape turned diary. More substance abuse (this was the height, I was just doing everything). I kept that job, and this was my escape. I needed tropics and head hunters. Something totally different from my own day-to-day.

I started work on Hair Album in early February 2019 after rediscovering a love for South America and, more specifically, shrunken heads. The first version released on February 26th, 2019. At that stage, it was a generally unimposing trap beat tape. However, over the course of four months, it has stealthily morphed into a deeply personal album.
